Prior to joining Genesys in 2015, Martin worked for 8 years as an international customer service and customer experience strategist at Deutsche Telekom HQ (International Customer Service). He was responsible for providing strategic support to 13 operational companies across Deutsche Telekom Group on topics including innovation and delivery of contact center technologies, transformation and continuous improvement of customer service and customer experience management.
At Genesys, he is responsible for PureConnect business in EMEA. His work includes business development, go to market strategy and customer facing business assessments. Martin helps customers to identify gaps and produce innovative yet pragmatic recommendations to streamline their business transformation roadmaps.
