Nikos Patsis is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the VoiceWeb Group, a leading provider of AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Understanding, Intelligent Assistants and Chatbot Solutions. Under his guidance VoiceWeb has grown from a technology start-up to a global provider catering to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. VoiceWeb’s clients include Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Macquarie Bank, ING Bank, Avaya, Cisco Systems, Alpha Bank, First Data, Piraeus Bank, Wind, OTE, Cosmote, Warid, Orange, Asiacell, Mobilink, Movistar, Tigo, Claro, Airtel, Tunisie Telecom, Village Roadshow, Bezeq, etc

Prior to VoiceWeb, Mr. Patsis was Director of Risk Management for Nexus Capital Ltd, a multi-billion dollar global macro hedge fund based in Bermuda. In addition to being responsible for managing risk, he also developed and managed proprietary technical trading systems. Prior thereto, he was Chief Operating Officer and Director of Quantitative Analysis for Fletcher Asset Management in New York, a private placement fund, where he managed the hedged direct investment portfolio, and was responsible for managing risk and structuring the firm’s complex investment strategies. Mr. Patsis was also a co-founder and president of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Resources Institute, Inc. a not-for-profit public policy consulting organization based in Cambridge, MA.

Nikos Patsis holds a Ph.D. and a M.S. degree in Financial Engineering from Harvard University, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a recipient of several fellowships, awards and distinctions both in Greece and the United States.
